Living on After Loss provides an outlet for those who are experiencing grief. Living on After Loss is a structured, small group that meets once a week for an 8 week series. Here you will find a safe place to learn, understand, and cope with a loss. The first 2 sessions will focus on basic information about the grieving process, reactions to loss, and coping strategies. The next 6 sessions will provide support that will help you identify the feelings and physical effects of loss, provide awareness of the grieving process, help in redefining yourself, and promote awareness of your potential support systems. Seats are limited and preregistration is required.
