New 'Call Of Duty' Expected To Earn Over A Billion

Advanced Warfare,” the latest version of the first-person shooter video game “Call of Duty” goes on sale this week. Analysts expect that game will sell 21 million copies before Christmas.

“Call of Duty” has netted over $1 billion in sales each of the last five years, though it fell behind “Grand Theft Auto V” last year.

The new version of “Call of Duty” features actor Kevin Spacey and the action in the game was shot in the studio that filmmaker James Cameron is using for “Avatar 2.”

Eric Johnson, editor at the tech news site Re/code, will join Here & Now’s Jeremy Hobson about the new game’s prospects as it hits the market this week.
