New Bern, NC – The Onslow County chapter of the Red Cross is offering assistance to residents who have been displaced by a tornado that swept through the community of Bellgrade. Public Radio East's Megen George recently spoke with Joy Branham, the Executive Director of the Onslow County Chapter of the Red Cross.
