True Justice International, an anti human trafficking organization based in New Bern, will hold a proclamation signing event at Union Point Park on Sunday designating the week of January 25th through the 31st to be Human Trafficking Awareness Week. I spoke with Executive Director and founder of True Justice International Sarah Tellis about this weekend’s event and how their organization is fighting human trafficking around the world.
