The Barker Leadership Circle, named in honor of Public Radio East Founder  Dr. Charles T. Barker, is a group of Public Radio East listeners who make an annual philanthropic gift of $1,000 or more to support intelligent, high quality radio programming. Barker Leadership Circle Members value the role that Public Radio East plays in enhancing the quality of life in Eastern North Carolina. They embrace the opportunity to make a significant annual contribution that allows Public Radio East to achieve new levels of excellence.
