Gloucester, NC – Storm water is currently the largest source of pollution to coastal waters in North Carolina. The NC Division of Water Quality is currently hosting a series of meetings outlining potential changes to current storm water rules. PRE's Megen George traveled to Gloucester recently to gauge how "Down Easters" felt about the proposed changes.
