Economist Says There's Plenty Of Reason To Be Optimistic About Baltimore

The riots and violence shook Baltimore this week and caused tens of millions of dollars in damage. But an economist who lives and works in the city says Baltimore has the foundation to rebuild successfully. Economist Anirban Basu tells Here & Now’s Lisa Mullins that even in the struggling parts of the city, he sees many bright spots.
