A new medical clinic opened Friday at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in Goldsboro. The Thomas Koritz Clinic will feature 24 clinics including flight medicine, family health, pediatrics, women’s health and pharmacy for active duty and retired military members and their families. The new clinic is named in memory of a flight surgeon who was killed during a bombing mission during operation desert storm. Construction of the clinic began in August 2014 and cost about $55 million to construct.
