Rival Plans In Senate Aim To Change Military Rape Prosecutions

Originally published on Wed November 20, 2013 6:57 pm

The Senate is debating rival plans on how to prosecute cases of sexual assault in the military. Claire McCaskill of Missouri and Kirsten Gillibrand of New York have competing proposals for dealing with the issue.
