Three Sites in ENC Test Positive For Mercury

New Bern, NC – According to a study released in late August by the U.S. Geological Survey, mercury was detected in all fish sampled from 291 streams across the country. Of the three sites that were tested in eastern North Carolina, all had higher than normal levels of mercury. Jared Brumbaugh has more.
